We have had a first class service from Belvoir from start to finish. We were recommended to them by a friend and I can honestly say they are great!James was our main contact and was fantastic! He is knowledgeable, professional and always happy to help. Being new to renting he made the process as stress free as possible. I wouldn't hesitate to use Belvoir again in the future.

Having just finished a 5 year tenancy through Belvoir I can't recommend them highly enough. James and Mandy have always provided superb customer service. Everything has always been done well and on time and nothing is ever too much trouble. Renting can be stressful and a bit of a lottery but with Belvoir it was always a pleasure. Thank you all.

I have no hesitation in recommending Melanie and her team. Having used them as rental managers and selling managers over a six year period, I have always found them professional, caring and passionate about the service they provide. They go the extra mile and seem to have a sense of humour! Well done to all of them for what they do. I am very grateful for their commitment and drive in sometimes awkward situations dealing with all sorts of tenants.

Once again, Melanie and James have been superstars - going over and above their remit to help me with a smooth, timely transaction. James not only dealt with every situation that arose, but in many cases anticipated what would be needed, and kept me informed every step of the way. And all for a very reasonable fee.
