I popped in for some camping gas and was impressed with the fast and friendly service.
The salesman had the right balance of eye contact and professionalism.
Just parked right outside.

Awful staff. Bought an airbed from them and had to take it back but the staff member decided to screw up and give me the wrong item back in return. Lost out on £85. Absolutel shambles and the old people need to be sacked because they're useless at their jobs

Don?t trust this store for any of your goods £320 for what broken sold goods and the worst part is they won?t give me refund or replace what they broken before selling goods absolutely disgusting!!!!

Shout out to Minty and Sally at Argos, Evesham. Excellent customer service. Minty greeted my mother and I (my mother has Alzheimer?s) He spoke gently and helped her get what she needed. Sally helped Mum to try on the item and made sure she was happy with it. I don?t get to see Mum do things for herself these days but it was a moment of watching her interact in a normal day to day situation that we take for granted ?. Mums forgotten we even went out but it?s a lovely moment for me ?

the manager here is rude I toke my hover back after using it only 3 times I only had it a week and it was over heating. he tried it for 5 mins when I told him it cuts out after 10 mins he refused to exchange it as he couldn't find the fault and said it sounded OK he sells products for argos he doesn't make hoovers so how would he know he told me it normal for hoovers to cut out I really think evesham need to get a new manger. I swear he thought I was born yeasterday I never had a hoover cut out like this on me. very rude

So much for 30 days return or refund policy. Bought a set of skull candy headphones ? for my granddaughters birthday on Monday they were to big and heavy to be comfortable on her..so I returned them for a refund. Told can't have a refund as she had tried them on for a short while waste of almost£90 will think long and hard about shopping with argos in future very very disappointed ? with customer experience . 1 out of 10. Can't get any lower
