I had an issue regarding baby milk today, phoned the store to explain anticipating it would likely be a return and refund situation. Not only was the lady I spoke to very empathetic and apologetic, but she went above and beyond sending a replacement and goodwill gestures to my house within 2 hours of the initial call. This is what exceptional customer service looks like. Bravo and thank you for resolving so promptly.

I went in looking for a juice I?d seen online and I was a bit unsure where to find it.
I found an employee called Sophie, she directed me to the product and she wasn?t able to see it on the shelf, after checking her hand held she went into the back and found it!
She really went above and beyond to help me out and she truly made my day.

I?ve given it one star due to the lack of checkout staff. There is a huge self check out area, however. Needless to say, the checkout always has errors, meaning you need to find an employee to clear said error.
Ultimately, a poor customer service experience.
