for years now I have been using this shop to send flowers to my Mum who lives near Droitwich.
the service is always very polite and friendly and the flowers are always very good.

Needed to order an important bouquet of flowers for a funeral. Went to the shop to view and arrange a bouquet to be made up, for collection the following day, only to discover that the shop had closed 15 minutes earlier than stated on their website. If you're going to advertise as open till 5pm, it's only appropriate that you stick to these times.

We used crumps florist for our wedding in July. I meet the lovely staff at a wedding venue in 2016 and knew straight away I wanted to use them for our day. Everyone we spoke to were fabulous and very knowledgable. The flowers were better than I could of ever imagined we had lots of compliments from our guests. I can not recommend them enough.

I think Crumps is where everyone goes in Droitwich, I have never known anywhere else. They do some beautiful arrangements, and at reasonable prices aswell. The staff there are very helpful and understanding of a situation too, which helps.
