I went to this location for my usual eye check up and asked them to reglaze my existing frames with the new prescription. Up till this point the experience was absolutely fine. They gave a brief warning that it would be at my own risk, but as they are professionals that deal and work with glasses all the time, i expected nothing more than perhaps a mark on the frame - which i could probably live with. Somehow, they managed to snap 1cm off the end off the arm of the glasses and when i went to pick them up, didn't even point out the fact that they'd been damaged.
I was initially told it wasn't their problem as i'd been informed that it was at my own risk, however i fail to see how this applies as the arm is not something that should have been effected by replacing the lenses. A few days later, i was phoned and told that the Director had authorised a 'deal' where i could BUY a £70 frame for half price. ie pay them MORE money for their mistake. I asked if instead they would consider glazing another old set of glasses (roughly equivalent in price to the suggested 'saving' on a new frame) and was told no, that would be full price and 'would be at my own risk' - begging the question as to just how many frames they actually damage! The team leader on the phone was extremely rude; she seemed to dismiss/ignore me and interupted by saying 'Yeah yeah yeah' whilst i tried to explain my frustration. I then asked to speak with the Manager/Director or have them phone me back and they have since failed to get in contact - i wonder whether this request was even passed on.
Over all i'm really disappointed and annoyed by my interaction with this location, it certainly does not inspire any confidence in the Specsavers brand.

Helpful, friendly staff throughout the store and a quick service too. I definitely would recommend the Droitwich branch for any optical needs.

Super quick to book. Arrived to be seen immediately by friendly staff. The optometrist was a lovely gentleman, very informative and helpful. I was in and out so quickly and all my needs were met. Great store!

I went to Specsavers for an eye test and to find out more about getting contact lenses. I was seen right on time, which was a nice surprise, and the whole experience was really smooth. The ophthalmologist was brilliant ? friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly. I felt really well looked after and didn?t feel rushed at all. If you?re thinking about getting your eyes checked or trying contact lenses, I?d definitely recommend them.
