Attended with my partner on saturday as its his only day off and was advised last weekend to pop in to ?quickly? open a new ISA. Upon being left with a tablet to fill out his details, we needed assistance. The member of staff advised he was ?popping to the toilet? which it would appear took 25mins and he did not return. We could not get past a stage on the tablet and needed assistance. Upon shouting hello for a further 10minutes, we assumed he had forgotten about us and we walked out as we had been in there 30mins, the screen on the tablet timed out and asked us to log in and start all over again (which we obviously were unable to do). I am aware staff are busy but that was unacceptable to just leave us with no help for almost 30minutes. All he wanted to do was open an ISA and transfer some money but this did not happen and now he will have to go to a different branch to try and sort it. Not great customer service at all

In this age of internet banking, it was refreshing to walk into the Droitwich branch and receive excellent help and assistance from the counter staff. Sometimes you need this facility.

Booked an appointment to open an account didn't call and then lied to say he had left me a voicemail! Not so much as a missed call.Don't bank with these liars. Not interested unless you have millions in the bankAVOID at all costs

Just leaving as a member of staff behind the desk decides to comment about my capabilities of being a parent. It's just started raining and the car is parked about 50 yards from the bank. Her comment of how "I should have a coat on my daughter" is rather intimidating and unprofessional. Made to feel that I'm a bad parent. I informed her that the car is just outside and that's where we are going. Downright rude, unprofessional and sticking her nose into something that quite frankly has nothing to do with her. Not impressed. Concentrate on your job instead of commenting on others.

Hello Santander,
I telephoned the number given on the web page, but I was surprised that there is no facility for a new customer on your choice of services.
I was put through eventually to customer advice and waited quite whilst some awful music played.
However I was given an appointment very promptly when I was connected.
