Haven't been for ages but had a large cod, regular chips and curry sauce for £12.99 and the cod was awful. Tasteless, slimey/watery and a mushy texture, it soaked the batter it was so bad and I couldn't eat it. It was put in the box cut in half too. The worst fish I've ever had in my life!

First time using Queens as we've only recently moved into Droitwich and was really happy with the food. Batter was really light on the cod we had and the large chips we shared was very generous and we couldn't manage them all. We will be back on the future.

Used to be happy to split and wrap separate the bag of chips for my two kids (one likes mayo one doesn?t) but now all of a sudden the lady said ?other customers are complaining? doubt they was. Clearly a lie because they are lazy and money motivated. What would splitting a bag I paid full money for matter? I?ve still paid the full price. Ann?s chippy don?t mind doing it. So that?s where I will be going. The tone and condescending tone she used was a factor also.

My meal was dreadful and ended up in the bin, I choose southern fried chicken but big mistake. The skin was fried to death, hard and pretty tasteless and the chicken was extremely dry and hard to eat. My husband choose a donor kebab which he said ?wasn?t all that? in conclusion we won?t be using this shop again and I advise you to go elsewhere.

Was very disappointed with my fish and chips! Fish was grey and very watery, not like it use to be! Also each time I go in the prices go up, definitely very poor value for money

Food as usual is excellent, fish is superb. Service lately however is lacking. Today I was waiting when a lady came in and went to the collection point, mistaking it for the queue. When one of the staff asked why she was there she was brusquely told she was in the wrong place and had to queue, so had to go all the way to the back of the long queue, instead of maybe being asked what she wanted. All very rude and disappointing.

This is best chip shop .I am currently homeless and diabetic have nothing and out the kindness of there hearts gave me some food .. which all was like that .. I really Ty so much .this chip shop got a heart ....
