Went int o use the Photo Booth, it wasn?t processing any payments and kept glitching. When we asked for help the young man tried to help, when he could resolve the issue he said I?m just going to get my supervisor see if she can help. He come back saying ?she said she thinks it?s broke? she sent him over rather then approach us directly and tell us and then done nothing to let others know it wasn?t working like a sign out of order too busy chatting to other staff and not actually supervising at all!! Incompetent and rude. Some supervisor she is!

Constantly makes you beg for bags, staff have mocked me for asking previously, and security follows us for no valid reason.
More Card deals not working, staff knew and did place any notice on doors, tried to give me card points instead without telling me.
Seemingly getting worse on many other fronts over time.

Been going for a couple of years but last time today! This store has just gone from bad to worse; poorly stocked shelves with dented cans; understaffed - lovely people when you can find someone but spread far too thin; over-sensitive self checkout which keeps going wrong which you have to use because no one on the tills but also no-one around to set the machine right; a car park you have to pay for the privilege of spending money in store with barely functioning machines at best and misleading offers designed to rip you off. Never going here again or any other Morrisons for that matter.

My son bought chicken and bacon pasta from the self serve salad bar. An hour or so after eating the pasta he was ill with stomach pains and vomiting. He approached the store manager the next day not to complain or ask for a refund but to make them aware of his experience. He was told by the manager that you can?t get ill from a salad bar and that it must have been something else. We?re not sure why he became sick after eating the pasta, it?s possible it was something else. My 1 star rating is because the store manager simply couldn?t care less. I will be sending a copy of this message to Morrisons head office.

Its okayIt's dimly lit, unimpressive, no unique identity, about 5 years away from being bought out or going under by my estimate. Have low expectations and you won't be disappointed.
