Just visited McDonald in Droitwich on worcester road with my family. Order thru the app which was quick with no issues until order some more food (in this case from rewards ordered cheeseburger with option for the cheese to be removed as it wouldn’t allow me to order standard hamburger) the order came in with the cheese despite cheese was crossed off on the sticker (label). Ok mistakes happens no problem I went to the counter, the manager was at the scene and took the “cheeseburger” back and said “I will take care of it”. After easy 10 minutes of waiting he walked past me 2 times with no sign of the food! Other people who ordered after me already collected their food. My son was still waiting being hungry, after another couple of minutes after talking to one of the staff the burger finally arrived. I thought the manager supposed to look after his staff not the other way around.

I travel a lot and use McDonald?s up and down the country several times a week. I very often stop to use this McDonald?s and can say it?s one of the best if not the best in the country. The staff are always friendly and helpful, the food is always fresh and very hot! Unusual for McDonald?s!

An expensive rubbish meal. We went inside to order to make sure we got items we wanted firstly card didn't work on the way home discovered oasis without ice ordered but had coke with ice too late to go back food would have been cold got home sat down to eat and fries were stone cold and almost raw. Not the first time our order was wrong or items missing .

Breakfast, along with other meals, are consistently good but tastes as though it's been kept hot.
I had a ring doughnut, too. It was pretty tasteless. Greg's are better and cheaper.

Ignored at drive through order point. Staff served several cars while I waited to order. They didn?t seem to care when I told them about this. Wouldn?t recommend.

Don't know what's happening with McDonalds anymore.
Prices are ridiculous, wait times and ordering process is often a joke. Half the time the machines don't work and god help you if you want to order in person. Stood at the counter 5 minutes with nobody there at all.
Cheaper to order in Chinese!

It's McDonald's, the food is fine and you know what you're getting , It would be nice to get a few napkins in the bag at the drive through, The staff is friendly every time I've been so I can't complain. Can be busy at peek time as it's right off the M5

The dude at the window forgot my sauces n walked off, another worker walked past I said excuse me and he looked at me and walked off.

15.00 Sunday 5 Jan. Simply awful. Arctic weather, Air con full on in restaurant, absolutely freezing. Decided to eat in car to keep warm, asked for bag that was literally thrown to us to pack ourselves. Food lukewarm, the McChicken sandwich looked like a lump of plastic with a few shreds of lettuce, served in a Brioche Bun. Completely unforgettable experience.

No car parking spaces and to access the car park traffic just backs up. Needs looking at to be honest. Food was cold had to go back in as was cold and items missing. Pretty disappointing as thought fast food should be quicker ?
