Absolutely shocking got a cheese pizza 1st once came with no cheese second one came with the smallest amount of cheese possible will not be ordering again

I had a very bad experience today. I just went to order something but they don?t have do I said okay. When I was going back one of the staff said that I can?t afford that is why going back. I feel so insulted. Never go to that place again. Don?t recommend.

Avoid at all costs, they?re totally incapable of getting your order right. Time and time again things wrong, latest last week where they messed the order up but I didn?t check before driving home. Upon calling to report the issue they would only remake part of the order not all of it, so I?d have to let the other part go cold whilst I drive back to collect the remade error. So instead I asked for a full refund binned the lot and went elsewhere.
Now I?ve only received a part refund, they?re seriously the worst place I?ve ever encountered & they?re liars to boot. Assuring me I?d get a full refund to get me off the phone now only half refunded.
If you?re in Droitwich and you want pizza use anywhere but here. Benvenuti pizzeria is very good or if you want ?retail? pizza use papa johns. Just don?t risk this dominoes.

Went to order at this branch, the same order as we've done before a few times. With one allery to cater for, we have to order over ther phone rather than online.
So ordered on the phone. (A order of 3xmed pizza - 1 mighty meaty, 1 new yorker & 1 create your own, vegan cheese/tomato/chicken + sides). After ringing, somoene picked up, then a few moments into starting the order, I was asked if I could wait a minute and they would continue to take the order... 12 minutes later and no one had come back. So I hung up and decided to drive to the store instead, hoping it'd be quicker.
After arriving, I go in to the desk and started to give the order to the guy that was behind the till. I gave him the first two pizzas for the £26 meal deal, then just as I was about to give the sides - he asked 'what's the second pizza for the deal' - realising he must have missed the first one, I went back and gave him it again. Only to realise he'd written down the original pizza down wrong too - he appeared annoyed with us even tho he seemed to be concentrating on something else as we were giving the order originally. So he had to go back and do it all again - this time I heald out my phone, which I'd already written out a copy of the order, in the hope that might help make it simplier for him. However, halfway through, as he was putting the sides in, he just turned away from the till and walked off without saying anything. Presuming he would be straight back. But, after waiting 5 minutes, seemed like he wasn't coming back, so I called over to another member of staff who was making pizzas to ask if they could help (For the accuracy of this review, that guy never returned and I never saw that guy again whilst I was there).
This lady had to start the order again from scratch, it was all fine as I read each bit out, but when we got to the pizza for allergen sufferer - she said that they can't do a create your own with vegan cheese. Confused, as we'd ordered this pizza, not only from this branch before - but from two other branches elswhere, I explained this and said that we just wanted to order that same pizza as before.
Then another girl came over, I pointed out this was an order we'd had from here before and from elswhere - she first said I must have been becase I was getting it confused with a different chain. Despite pointing out a previous order on my phone. She said they aren't allowed to change cheese for vegan cheese, even for an intollerance or alergy. Despite asking why this was the case, didn't really get a clear answer apart from the system tells them that they can't do it, so I realised I wasn't going to be able to order the normal pizza with them as we'd done before, so asked if could just order a standard pepperoni instead from the menu but swap out the cheese for the vegan cheese. But even this she said they said they wouldn't do - the only thing they could offer was to sell us 'a pizza without any cheese on' instead?! Obviously, I didn't really want txo leave the person that order was for with just a plain pizza base decided to leave.
But haven't every quite has an experience quite like it, espeically over what was nearly half on hour of trying to just make an order. Appaling service, from being forgotten about on the phone, the really rude guy who served us first and the issues at the end (even to neither of the ladies were rude) but not being able to offer the intollerance safe pizza we'd order from them and other branches before. Walked away not ordering anything this time, just kinda shell shocked at how abdurd the whole visit has been - genuinely felt like we'd stepped into a slapstick comedy show. Whoever is managing that store, needs to put some despereate effort into training and helping that team.

Had the new festive pizza delivered, was lovely only complaint ,to much cranberry sauce on it ,other than that ,a fantastic addition to the menu.

Worst Dominos I have ever visited, the base was like cardboard not to mention the lack of cheese. Some serious staff training is needed. One large pizza in the bin cheers

After getting my food one hour after ordering, when advised it would only take 25mins and 45mins after actually showing the pizza was made, it turns up smooshed against box and a partly wrong order. Not impressed!

I honestly don't know why I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt. Almost 100% of my orders are wrong in some way. Today, my nachos with jalapenos are actually potato wedges. Absolutely shocking lack of care taken, every single time.

I order from Uber at 4pm 20.9.24 and I just received at 6pm after follow up and call more than 3 times. The delivery guy is from domino's itself very rude.the pizza also very cold with very low quality
