Went into store with a view to purchasing a 3 seater settee and a cuddle chair. Staff just didn't seem to be that interested in serving us. No approach made so I had to search and ask for some assistance and advice, twice!! Staff member who " helped " us wasn't great at asking relevant questions to find out what we were looking for and to show us a few ideas, overall customer service was lack lustre!! Walked away from there disappointed so went elsewhere, which turned out to be the best decision to do. Ended up with a much better service and bought what we needed. Will never set foot in DFS Droitwich again and won't recommend that store to anyone either. My advice, if you want good service with " helpful " staff go elsewhere! There's plenty of other places that welcome you....

Where is zero stars when you need it. All seems OK unless you have an issue then it is impossible to speak to the store directly, unless they call you. Miss the call and then wait for the next call that never happens....... The only way is to drive to the store! DFS clearly want to make any communication as difficult and expensive as possible. Central customer services are pointless beyond words. They can't forward your call or resolve the issue - this can only be done at the branch. You have to ask why they exist? Our sofa was the wrong design and they freely admit it was their fault. The elusive (sorry useless) Dave 'always on a conference call' manager has so far failed to speak to us, but appears to delegate freely. We never had a single communication with him. We wanted to resolve the issue, but DFS's setup does everything possible to ensure this is made as frustratingly awkward, slow and expensive as possible. The lack of care and understanding to a customer spending £4.5k on one of their Chinese sofas speaks volumes about how they think of you. I, for one, will never grace their door again. This maybe a moot point as continuing with this woefully low level of service will ensure they go to the wall, and all self inflicted

Ordered a 3 seater and 2 seater sofa. Arrived within the time frame quoted, however they sent the wrong cushions, so my 3 seater had 2 seater cushions making it look ridiculous and couldn't be used as a 3 seater. When I chased up the correct cushions I was told they would take as long as the sofas took! Ridiculous time frame! I was then offered a £25 refund, which is a bizzare number on a £1700 order. Cancelled the order after a couple of chats with the store and becoming frustrated at not being able to speak with them directly. Avoid DFS

A good choice of lots of lovely sofas. Very efficient salesman. Found just what we wanted very quickly & luckily it was in the sale! Made an immediate decision & it was delivered this morning by two really polite men. All in all a very happy experience. Thanks DFS.

My in laws had a coach for a week. Had someone come out and say it shouldn?t have worn that way. The manager later called to say nothing wrong with it and was very rude. Don?t bother shopping here.

It's a shame i can't leave a 0/5 star reviewBeen robbed of nigh on £230 from DFS after we paid money to have an alteration done and the sofa still turned up wrong! Wouldnt give our refund back initially and when they did, they refunded the finance account rather than our bank account where the money came from!!They're rufusing they made a mistake and are refusing any further actions.So just to sum up, we paid for alterations, sofa was still wrong, and we're still out of pocket.
