Absolutely useless!! Been trying to call for 4 hours (not the first time) and nobody picks up the phone, once I got a user busy, rang straight back, nothing!Don?t call there number, you?ll get through to Jesus before any staff?. Very upset?.

Used first time other day didn't have a problem and I didn't wait long. So don't be put off from the reviews, was loads off staff very busy but all friendly.

Nice new refurbished pharmacy but same terrible service. My wife?s repeat prescription took five separate visits to collect over five days. The last visit was to Boots as the pharmacy gave me one prescription back with the suggestion that I collect it from them as they were so busy.A week later ?.. my prescription took four separate visits and I had an owing note which when I went back a few days later they still didn?t have enough tablets so that was a second owing note on the same tablets. No way to run a business let alone a pharmacy !

Horrendous pharmacy. Avoid at all costs and take prescriptions elsewhere. Twice I've been in and waited 1 hour. First visit I couldn't wait any longer so left and same again today. Never have all items in stock either. The health care in thus country is on its knees. I still haven't seen a Dr or had a diagnosis but keep getting prescribed pills. Cant express how frustrated I actually am.

Waited 55 minutes for two prescriptions, one ordered 3 weeks ago and one 10 days ago. The one ordered 10 days ago was not in stock so had to be ordered in.Why are prescriptions that have been ordered well in advance by the patient not dispensed when received by the pharmacy rather than when the patient turns up to collect? Whilst waiting two customers had attended the pharmacy previously that day 3 times only to be told to come back later? Most of the staff are lovely and looked stressed however laughing and joking at the back of the shop whilst dispensing medications is frustrating and not profesdional. I understand services are stretched ( I am a frontline NHS employee) however this service is just very disorganised and needs sorting. I think the pharmacy should close for a week, catch up with the backlog and organise it's stock.

Attended today to collect my repeat prescription.Yet another long wait of over an hour which seems to be normal every time I attend.The staff were running round like headless chickens no organisation. Asking repeatedly for names to check if it is ready. Please can I make a suggestion to aid confidentuality ask people to write their name and address on a piece of paper that can be checked against your system. I placed my prescription over a week ago yet was told it would be printed off and done while I wait. What is the point in sending it through days in advance if its only done when you attend? People attending today where at their whits end saying how disorganised it was. It seems to be that the pharmacy is not big enough with not enough storage space for medications and made up prescriptions. More space seems to be the answer so that more staff can work to provide a more effective service. You only have to look at all the comments to see the issues people keep having. Problems are continuous not every now and again. PLEASE act on what people are commenting on to look to improve the service you are providing.

The pharmacy has really struggled to supply medicines due to constant short deliveries, and unavailable medication . Short staffed but they seem to hack got it under control a little but still long queues and wait for prescriptions. Friendly staff .

Service is very poor, having to wait nearly an hour for a prescription ordered a week in advance, Plenty of attitude by some staff and pharmacists dispensing items not prescribed by doctor. This Pharmacy really does let the corbitt medical practice down.

Extremly busy, staff working hard to cope but still friendly with a sense oh humour. Total wating time today 70 mins. We were treated to a choclate sweet to help the time pass. It would help if collecting medication owed it had been put together when the medication was received at the pharmacy an not when the patient collects. This was my third vist for the same tablets and had a long wait each time.

Staff are friendly, however the waiting time is ridiculous. Ordered my presciption 10 days in advance. Went into collect, gave my name and waited 15 minutes (there were three people before me) waited another 15 minutes to be told that they didn't have what I needed in stock and to come back later. This is a regular occurance. Typical wait times are between 20 - 40 minutes. And every time I have gone to collect, they do not have enough in stock and I then have to return for the same wait times. They claim short staff, however most times there are more people working than waiting. I think whomever has taken over the pharmacy needs to realise their current system is broken and needs improving, and that blaming staffing issues isn't a viable excuse anymore.

The last 3 times I have gone for my repeat prescription, which I have put in to be done, 7 to 10 days before collection, I have had to wait 45 mins up to 1 hour, why are the prescriptions not ready to pick up, when you have had it over a week?????????

The only benefit is the location next to the surgery. Even after a prescription is pre ordered, it is still at least a 45 minute wait a week later while people come and go. All prescriptions will be taken to another pharmacy from now on.

Still very slow and disorganised. 10 days from requesting prescription, 15 min wait, as it could not be found. Then "Discovered" and finally picked and packed. In the main the staff are great, but the systems need review.

Despite sending in my repeat prescription over 2 weeks in advance, I Still have to wsit when I get there for it to be dispensed and indeed even printed off the computer. Staff are polite. But dispensing service is atrocious.
