I highly recommend this shop. I needed foil balloons inflating for a party. The balloon shop in Worcester were twice the price and I had to book. But before I could book I had to take in the balloons for them to check. What a hassle. So instead i went to the Card Factory who didnt need me to book, and happily filled the balloons within ten mins at a price which was cheaper than the balloon shop in Worcester. Whilst I was there I bought lots of interesting cake toppers like sparklers. I will definaly be going back to Card Factory for my future balloon and party needs !

Went in for a birthday helium balloon, the assistant was very helpful, they had a fair selection and it was inflated and sorted out very quickly. The slightly down side was 2 'longish' waits at the counter due to problems processing card payments, I paid cash, hence only 4 stars.
