I must say when attending Boots pharmacy I never have any issues and every single staff member I meet is relatively pleasant, simple quick transaction and I?m on my way. However, I will just say there is one particular staff member on the pharmacy team that I would rather avoid, she is not incredibly rude to the point that I?d go out of my way to report her but she is not the most friendly member of staff haha. I?ve heard he speak to other customers rather bluntly and slightly snappy, but I know retail can be testing and you never know what someone is growing through behind closed doors. It?s just a shame as all the other staff members are very attentive :) my go to pharmacy and very close to me

Appalling, rude and misleading.
I attended today for a Free Eye Test, only to be charged by ONLY TO BE CHARGED BY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE STAFF.
I was prepared to pay for additional scans but not the eye test that the appointment maker, the telephone person who rearranged the Booking and the staff member who arranged the additional scans.
I left without my prescription having wasted an hour.
I work in Customer Services and todays treatment was simply unacceptable and unprofessional. Staff should look at themselves and be held accountable.

Once again the pharmacy proved to be utterly inept. Was told Friday that my script (given to them on 22/4) would be ready to collect at 9am Tuesday morning. Was it ready?? Don't be silly. Not ready had to wait 20 min. No apology. Then a rude pharmacist asked for ID. In the 2+ years I have been using boots I have never ever asked for ID. The staff need more training so they all follow the same protocol. They also need customer service training. There is nearly always a issue with their prescription service. The o ly alternative is to go to Worcester or Bromsgrove as Droitwich needs a decent pharmacy.

Shocking service. Needed emergency prescription was refused out of hours doctor advised they should give it with proof of my prescription and still refusal. I will be taking it further as that is absolutely shocking service. Bumped heads a few times with the woman who?s refusing now over medications that she refuses! I?m taking it further as I feel like it?s just something personal against me

Seeing how Boots are currently closing a number of stores down, this one should be next on their list. I went in last Sunday with a throat infection and told all I needed was soluble aspirin. Never told about 111. Things got progressively worse and I ended being prescribed penicillin by 111 late on Thursday evening. Boots might like to send their uninterested pharmacy staff to Tesco Shirley where they might find out what excellent customer service is and helped me get me medical attention. This is yet another store Droitwich town centre doesn?t need!

The pharmacy staff are very rude and nasty particularly a person named Sharon. I simply asked if i could have one item of mediation done on the same day as I'd ran out whilst waiting for GP to prescribe. This person said with attitude no way. But the worst is she enjoyed telling me it wasn't going to happen.
Avoiding this boots would be the best advice. I have to give one star to post but zero would be my choice disgusting service

Terrible staff, shouting at me across shop floor ?is that an assistance dog? when I replied no she then ranted ?you need to get out?. Now this wasn?t my first time in the shop with Bella as I visit most weeks for various products. Never have we been asked to leave before? If the policy is no dogs allowed then please put some signage up to inform potential customers. Secondly I don?t take kindly to shop assistants screaming at me across the shop floor. I will certainly take my business online from now on and another retail customer lost due to one individual?s poor manners and customer service.

No-one answers the phone, numerous attempts using all options!!!Ed extremely helpful, however we are into the fourth day of waiting for mum's medication!Apology was given for staff not placing a request to GP at the specified time.Decision made to find another source and we shall be requesting 'delivery' money back!!Unacceptable Boots.

Went in today to get some over the counter medicine but can not be served by staff. Apparently, you have to wait in a queue to see the pharmacist.They queue was the length of the shop and then we were all informed that they were all going for lunch and could we come back in hours time as no one would be able to dispense medicines I explained I only needed over the counter medicine which I could see and I was told no the pharmacist would be the only person allowed to serve! This is ridiculous.The poor woman in front had returned three times already, and when expressed this, the member of staff quite curtly expressed her feelings of they needed their lunch break.Bearing in mind, this was a lengthy queue that had already been waiting for some time.Poor service, just not okay.
