If I could give zero i would. I went in to the store to price check a few things and see if they were going to be cheaper than Home Bargains opposite. It soon became clear that one of the staff members was following me around the store as if I was a shoplifter even though i hadnt picked anything up and had no intentions of stealing. This following was making me feel threatened and distressed as I have autism and social anxiety so I made my way out of the store using the entrance. She obviously tipped off another member of staff who came to the door and shouted at me in the car park 'are you alright' making me feel all the more unnerved and upset. I have often visited B&M but I will never set foot in the Droitwich store ever again.

Popped in for my usual malt loaf, eccles cakes and coffee. Unfortunately nothing I wanted was in stock! Left empty handed. Once a B&M fan but finding them increasingly unreliable.

The staff member at the tills was very unprofessional and the woman in front was called a liar although the line of customers called her out on this. Storming off from her till leaving her colleagues to jump in and serve the waiting customers.

Nice big store to shop at, location is perfect. However, as soon as you enter the store you can feel the heat, which it is hotter than outside. Attended couple days ago and noticed majority of the chocolate on the shelves had actually melted/ gone soft. Which was off putting to buying food items from the store. Poor staff was hot and bothered. Hopefully staff will get new air con installed to help them work in better cool conditions. Attended Worcester town store and same conditions appeared there.
