Lovely garden centre.Nice outdoor seating area. Good selection of gifts in shop.Added bonus of a grocer on site selling fresh fruits and vegetables. Very fresh.Visit was spoilt by a very rude server in the cafè. Unhelpful and out to make a point.

The food was lovely, but most of the staff were very unhelpful, miserable and even rude. The only person who was polite was the lovely young man who made our coffee!

I have lots of food allergies so was delighted to have a very helpful assistant in your Willow Tree restaurant who took the time and effort to check if l could have the Chai latte with soya milk. His name was Adam and his patience and care was outstanding in a very busy environment. I was very impressed.

Very poor Egg Royale, bread was not sourdough as advertised, eggs were hard boiled not poached, the salmon quantity was appalling and the sauce was drowning the plate, latte was at best luke warm, you can consider yourself fortunate we settled the bill, compared to other breakfasts available in the area, awful! Your response would be welcome

Poor experience again today. Haven't posted before but today feel I have to.Dirty tables, long queues, cold tea because we couldn't drink it as the table was too dirty.Date and walnut cake was completely dried out.Not a one off either.Queueing is not a problem if something is worth the wait. Definitely wasn't todayI don't want to sit in other people's mess when I go out. ?

It?s a shame they don?t make their signs clear enough around the Christmas decoration area that they don?t accept any refunds or credit notes for Christmas items. Used to love this place, not going again!!!
