I've always shop at WHSmith the staff have always been helpful with friendly professional manner and the store is clean and tidy. It's a great shame all the shops are closing down, hopefully this shop will be keep open.

Nice place and very good that there is a post office with it now that the old one has closed. A bit overpriced but Its good for the quality. Helpful staff too.

Since whsmith took over royal mail counter service in BROMSGROVE there are never enough counter staff when they opened there were six staff which lasted for about a week, now maximum of two staff which causes queuing. Very frustrating
