I use to shop here all the time , now I very rarely go due to rude staff . The last 3 times I?ve popped in to grab lunch , I?ve been followed around by security guards or looked up and down by staff on entry. Will spend my money else where from now on . Just rudeness

This is a very small store and parking is not free, though it is reimbursed. A bit confusing as the sign says minimum £5 spend for up to 1 hour parking but the tickets say £10 spend. If you aren't used to the store and are only planning to buy a few items they may not have what you expect. Otherwise good. Customer toilet by the entrance, coffee machines and a cafe.

Small Waitrose store that has a limited range but very handy for those forgotten bits. Nice little cafe and very tidy store.Update 20th Jan 23 - cafe usually ok but coffee freezing cold, dim lighting as they appear to be conserving energy and the place was cold !!!!

Very nice shop. Staff excellent. Useful for John Lewis orders. Google is wrong about opening hours 8.00am not 7.00. Manager says they have asked them to alter umpteen times.

Initially very unhelpful with a query but I was chased around the store sometime later and my query was eventually resolved. Most staff did not look happy and that was reflected in how they spoke to customers.

Very small Waitrose store, with a limited selection of products. You have to pay to park in the car park, free after 7pm. It does have some outdoor seating, if you need a coffee and have a dog!
