Brilliant new sales tactic is to change the meaning of terminology to mis-sell / mislead the customer into buying a contract in order to profiteer more?. Cannot believe im now paying £50 a month for a contract that is sim only with new terms imposed, thats now cost me £100 this month and potentially the same or more onwards?. Will be telling friends and family about this in order to stop them also being mis-sold plans through the Vodafone network

I?d like to give a shout out to Chloe and the other 2 members of staff who helped me upgrade my phone and change all the data across. As a complete technophobe I wouldn?t have had a clue. Chloe was a real expert as well as being extremely patient and understanding with me. We had a laugh and a joke to boot. A refreshing change nowadays to receive such excellent customer service.

Have an ongoing credit issue on my old account. Tried phoning vodafone direct and webchat but to no avail. I went into Bromsgrove store and spoke to Dan. He was understanding and really helpful. Managed to (fingers crossed) fix the problem. Definitely helpful staff at this store. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you.
