“We would like to thank everyone at the TUI Bromsgrove shop, every time we popped in with a question or a query, nothing was too much trouble! A big thank you to Shelly, who helped us to pick the right hotel and resort for our family, all with varying ages. We didn't have a clue where to go or what was right for us, and we hadn't been abroad for years, but Shelly took the time to sit with us and go through different resorts and what would work for us. I have to say she was very patient and professional and made us feel relaxed and very much looking forward to our holiday.Before we went, she and other members of staff always helped us when we weren't sure about anything, from booking in at the airport to printing our boarding passes at the shop for us.I think it was Jess? who advised us on taking olbas oil and putting some drops on a tissue, when landing on the plane to help with ear pressure for myself and my 6 year old son and it worked a treat... so thank you.We had a fantastic holiday, good flights and customer service from start to finish. Booking at TUI in Bromsgrove certainly made the whole experience stress free, and it helped that the staff were knowledgeable, experienced and most of all seemed happy.We would definitely book there again,and would certainly recommend it to anyone who is unsure about what kind of holiday to book, as it beats trawling for hours online when you can talk to someone who is friendly and can advise properly.Thank you to Shelly, Jake and Jess who helped us.”
