Have used this shop on my current property and the carpets that we bought are of the highest quality , The owner does not sell rubbish, It is not cheap but you do get what you pay for .

My partner and I have lived in Bromsgrove 3 years and during that time we have started refurbing our house. Living near to Kidderminster we tried the usual carpet places but found the approach from their sales team to be lack lustre and they would try to sell us cheap off cuts even though we were looking for and willing to pay for a quality product. My partner said we should try Townsend Textiles which was a short walk away and it was a great decision. Charles is very candid about the quality of service and product he offers, he is also a subject matter expert and knows everything there is to know about carpet.Whenever we visit we have all the measurements, we then select the carpet we would like which is usually based on his suggestion and he gives a price there and then. He will arrange to come around and view the rooms that need carpeting and adjust any figures if we have them incorrect.Depending on the availability of the carpet it is usually installed within 2 weeks at the latest, the carpet fitters he uses are very professional and pleasant and are in and out very quickly.From start to finish Townsend Textiles offer expert advice, quality product and professional installation.
