£9 to get a key cut that didn't work, a week later still waiting for them to get the correct key delivered into stock to get it cut correctly. Take your money and custom somewhere more professional

I took my trousers in to have both front pockets replaced and have the length shortened last Friday was told 10 days I had a text saying it was ready by Sunday colect today Monday fantastic service.

Avoid this dry cleaners - use your hard earned money elsewhere. My experience at this dry cleaners has been shocking on two separate occasions. The first time when I took an expensive jacket here to be cleaned, to which they handed it back to me without informing me they weren't able to clean it to any standard whatsoever. Giving them the benefit of the doubt after a year or so, I collected my suit today for a wedding. On returning home it became apparent that the jacket was still completely dirty, again the person on the counter didn't notify me they were unable to clean the suit jacket, even though I paid extra for a 'hand finish'! This is a complete scam, as if you'd looked at the jacket there would be no way you would return it to a customer claiming it had been cleaned. Abysmal, and I won't be returning here again.

Friendly staff, did a great job on dry cleaning mine & my partner's suit including removing jam stains from them.
