I visit the store most weeks as it?s a great stop for crafty bits & books for my little girls. The staff are always super friendly and very helpful. I must say though it is always so cold in store ? I can?t spend as much time as I?d like browsing, through fear of freezing so goodness knows how the staff work, they can?t be comfortable! Management- please take note!!

Came in for some Christmas shopping but had to leave and go elsewhere as it was absolutely freezing in there, can?t imagine how the staff must feel being in there all day. Must be against some sort of workers rights laws.

Lovely staff and products, but the shop is absolutely freezing??. Could only stay in for so long until I had to leave, I?ll be going to hobby craft next time!

Lovely shop, great products and lovely staff. Unfortunately I can not believe that people are forced to work in such cold conditions. It was warmer outside than in the store !!

I always come to this store as they sell some amazing products here but I came in a few days ago to look for some gifts and I found myself having to leave due to how cold it was!! The staff were still excellent, friendly and welcoming as always.

I visited the store with my two grandchildren. The lady Cheyenne was absolutely fantastic with them. Helped them choose an art project that was super fun, age appropriate and would suit their needs. She treated the children like mini adults, asking them what they prefer to do, whether its colouring, painting, drawing, what are their favourite colours, favourite characters etc to gauge what would be the best. It did cost me a small fortune but well worth it. I will visit again thankyou

Me and my friends always buy from the works, and we got stopped on our way past the shop because we were accused of theft. They threatened to call the police if we didn't have it, we didn't. The shop worker was rude and unapologetic. Will not be returning.

I absolutely love this place, its top notch quality and very friendly staff. I always love coming here for stationery and its quite useful for crafting stuff, even books are sold which is a nice addition to this place.
