This is one of the loveliest pubs I have been in, in a long time. Myself and a colleague were in Birmingham for work and had received a recommendation to go here. We were not disappointed. The landlord was a wonderful man who made us feel very welcome. The locals were great. What was only supposed to be one drink turned into us staying here the whole night. Good laughs, great company, and a beautiful pub. Would come back to Birmingham just to come here. Absolutely outstanding.

Perfect dinner date venue at the heart of Bromsgrove. Better than the other pub in the middle of no where with the same name. Get your direction correct people. Bar staff are friendly and nice. You'll be greeted with people socialising outside!!

Reading a lot of reviews I feel they have the wrong pub. I popped in a month ago and the place was run down and I experienced a lot of racist and aggressive opinions from the clients. Sorry I appreciate it?s difficult to pick and choose on the door when you need to bring in the cash

Me and my partner came in last night. ( Monday 22nd) We didn?t book because it?s January but was surprised at it actually being quite busy however a young gentleman kindly found us a table straight away and even gave us an option of which area we would like to be in. We were promptly offered drinks and given menus. I chose one of the dry January special mock tails which was lovely and was brought over by the smiley bartender. Two girls served us throughout the evening, both were lovely and couldn?t do more for us. Rachel even recommend my husband wine as he was unsure which to go for. We also had a lovely chat with the female manager who seemed passionate. All in all we had a lovely evening, will definitely be returning. Thank you Queens Head staff. :)

On December 9th we invited our children and grandchildren to our traditional ?early Christmas? when all 25 of us can get together. We went to the Queen?s Head for a late lunch which was simply fantastic. The staff were superb and the meal plentiful and delicious. The 13 grandchildren aged 2-12 were seated on a long table against the wall and us adults on a parallel table. It was an outstanding success exceeding our expectations and we?ll undoubtedly book it again for next year.
