Easy transaction pleasant staff. Always order before you go and it'll be ready for you. Personally I've given up with the new electronic in-store system as it is so much harder to use than the old paper catalogue. However I would say again that the staff are great.

I have used Screwfix in Scotland and now in Bromsgrove and the service and helpfulness of the staff here is the best I have experienced.
A rather small car park can be very busy at some times, but there is still a well marked disabled space beside the door (and the loading bay for large or heavy items) The tools and materials supplied are generally mid priced makes and well known brand names and represent good value for money.
The Screwfix App makes comparison and ordering easy, payment and pick up are simple steps. On the odd occasion if things go wrong exchange and refund or replacement are just as straightforward. Staff at Bromsgrove always seem prepared to help, Angela in particular has helped this ?confused old man? on more than one occasion and seems pleased to help solve the problems of my making.

Went yesterday buy some damp proof roll the lady was absolutely brilliant very polite kind even put the roll on the trolly ready 2 take it 2 the van nothing was 2 much .customer service 10/10 definitely will b buying more stuff from there

I?ve been using this particular branch for the last year and they have been amazing, ridiculously helpful always, always willing to call us through different options. Had a problem with a shower and it was resolved without any stress to me whatsoever. Special thanks To Em who went above and beyond in this shower problem. Cannot recommend them enough!

Screwfix was so busy so I went into Toolstation first. I asked the assistant for advice on a plastic bayonet waste fitting having shown a picture of what I needed to do. He didn't attempt a search and said he couldn't help me because they were just retail, he then referred me to a plumbers merchant.I should have stuck to Screwfix first because I spoke to an extremely polite young lady named Emily who searched for the solution and was persistent until she got me exactly what I needed. It really was a pleasure dealing with this very professional member of staff.
