I?ve had nothing but problems dealing with this company over the phone for over two weeks?constant issues and being misled multiple times. It was an absolute nightmare. Thankfully, when I visited the Bromsgrove branch, the staff there were amazing and incredibly helpful. However, based on my overall experience, especially the poor handling over the phone, I wouldn?t use them again for anything.

Without any shadow of doubt the customer service, friendly and helpful staff who are always willing to go out of their way to always try and help and accommodate you leave you feeling like an extremely valued customer of Santander.
It is just a shame that in the last few years the bank increased their charges and fees. This meant that they had become uncompetitive against their competitors who offer far better deals with better fees and charges.
