I found Sally when I was looking for help to put together a family trip to the Maldives and I contacted her to see if she could help. I had read lots of her reviews and was impressed by the lovely positive feedback she had received from other customers. I was so impressed with how quickly Sally contacted me and how lovely and helpful she was. She took all of my requirements down and came back quite quickly with some holiday options for me to look at. All my questions and queries were answered promptly and Sally left me feeling informed and confident that I had chosen the perfect holiday. No matter how often I contact Sally to ask for help or information, she?s always quick to respond and assure me. Our holiday to the Maldives was fabulous and Sally was keen to hear all about it to ensure she can inform other potential holiday makers. It?s rare to find someone who loves their job, who is always positive, happy, responsive and helpful, I?m so pleased with the service Sally provided, I?ve booked more holidays with her. I wouldn?t hesitate in recommending Sally, she makes me feel like a valued customer. She genuinely cares about her clients and their holiday plans.

I?ve used Sally twice recently and she has provided an excellent service!After an awful experience last year where I was left stranded abroad on my own without a transfer (NOT booked via Sally!), it is so reassuring to know I have a local contact should anything go wrong. Sally Ward ? Not Just Travel organised and booked our holiday to Halkidiki, Greece.It?s a part of Greece I?ve always wanted to visit, but never had the chance to.From the outset Sally was incredibly professional, helpful and gave numerous options that fitted within our budget a a couple of options slightly over.Being it was our first holiday in 5 years, we opted to upgrade to a stunning 4 star hotel right on the coast. She listened to our ideal holiday list and where we ended up ticked every single box and then some!Sally checked us in, and answered sometimes silly questions we asked last minute , like is ??there an iron??She checked we had arrived safely, checked we were happy with everything, and we sent little photos and some silly videos to let Sally know what an amazing time we were having.Already talking about the next holiday and a cheeky trip to Berlin in spring!I?ll be using Sally for all my holidays. Further holiday booked.Shout out to Sally Ward - Not Just Travel for her outstanding efforts in booking our holiday for next year. I 'may' have changed my mind a number of times which caused Sally some extra and ultimately, unnecessary work (sorry!). However, Sally was patient throughout and ultra helpful as always and the holiday was all sorted and booked......until I rang her yesterday and she then had to add my mom onto the holiday too!!! Thank you Sally Ward for your excellent service, care and attention....oh, and patience....lots of patience!Excellent service from Sally, nothing was too much trouble, lots of options tailored to our requirements, constant updates, completely stress free and really nice having someone else get it all sorted for you! My partner and I booked a trip to Las Vegas which then went onto Mexico through sally and wow what can I say she?s been an absolute dream. She went above and beyond what you would expect a travel agent to do for you and made the trip so stress free and enjoyable. She?d even called ahead to our hotel to notify them of our honeymoon and we bagged ourselves an upgrade! Cannot thank her enough for all her help and expertise. I used Sally to research and book a weekend City break to York, the suggestion she came up with suited our request perfectly. Used Sally for guidance and inspiration for where we went on our summer holidays this year, Sally provided a number of options to our budget and specifications and we have just returned from an amazing week in Tenerife staying in an amazing hotel. Sally was extremely professional and managed all of the detail for us including the checkin of the flights which is always a little stressful, we will be definitely be using Sally again, would highly recommend.

Sally at Not Just Travel treated us more like friends, than clients, helping us plan the holiday, suggesting certain places to visit, comparing prices re upgrades and looking over our planned itinerary. She was with us every step of the way, which proved helpful when our flight home was cancelled and she helped us secure a new flight and contacted the emergency hotline who authorised expenditure for an additional overnight stay. I would certainly recommend Sally who gave us a very personally tailored holiday of a lifetime and allayed our fears and worries at every opportunity ?

Booked a holiday to Thailand & Singapore with Sally, great communication, adjusted a few things until everything was exactly as we wanted.Sally gave us all info regarding visa,covid etc. Saved us time doing this ourselves.
