I recently visited the Ryman store in Bromsgrove and had the pleasure of receiving exceptional customer service from Rachel. She was incredibly patient, understanding, professional, and friendly throughout my visit. On a previous occasion, she took the time to explain all the benefits of the Ryman Card, which I?ve since been enjoying.
Yesterday, I needed to use the printing service, and despite arriving after 5:00 PM and facing some technical issues with my documents, Rachel remained calm, focused, and determined to help me resolve the problem. Her dedication and willingness to go above and beyond truly made a difference. At no point did I feel like a burden, and her positive attitude and professionalism stood out remarkably.
Rachel is undoubtedly a shining example of excellent customer service and is a true asset to the Ryman community. Her kindness and expertise made a stressful situation much easier, and I am grateful for her help.
Thank you, Rachel, for your outstanding service and for making my experience so positive!

Well stocked stationary store with some good offers on. Staff are friendly and helpful. Get 15% off with Blue Light card which is really good. Positioned in the centre of town with loads of other useful shops around. Unfortunately the prices have increased here so much that a store across the way is 50% cheaper on a lot of identical items.

I Went in to buy two storage boxes , i was told they was in stock but was up stairs in stock room and would need to wait 35 minutes as the other member of staff was at lunch and only one member of staff was looking after shop floor . I told her no thanks as i only put only 30 minutes parking on to come and get boxes . Poor service, no wonder high street shops are closing down and people order from the internet!
