Special Guaranteed delivery which should be there for 11am as the 9 am has been moved . it is n ow 11:42 and still no delivery in Bromsgrove, this is for a FUNERAL, disgusting service as usual Totally Disappointed.

Everytime I go it's shut, why advertise times online when you don't follow them?Automatic re-deliveries are something all other companies do why am I doing your job for you by collecting the post. If I could that is.

it takes approximately 5 minutes (if that) to update the opening hours on here due to Covid-19 restrictions, but No...instead you want people to make a journey to collect a parcel to be told with a notice on the door that its closed 2 hours earlier than the normal time!!! yeah cheers!!! what a joke...another company using covid-19 as a poor excuse for customer service

had a card through the door as i wasnt in. Went next day to collect. Closed with a4 notice on door saying closed at 10am. I was there at 10.20. Nothing on the card to say times are chaged but 7am till 12.30 also the same on website. Takes me 15min to drive in. Complete waste of time. They wrote on the card package details but they could of changed the times on it too. No excuses at all.

Dont know why they are so bad at actually delivering parcels. All the other couriers manage just fine. But every single parcel with royal mail or parcel farce I have to pick up from the depot. I activly seek goods from companies that dont use them

This is becoming an absolute joke now and is pathetic! How many people can collect their post before 11am in the week??! Stop using covid as an excuse and do what you're meant to do, help people send and deliver parcels!

1 star as counter staff usually pleasant, the system does not work tho. I returned a letter as delivered to wrong address but then 2days later it was delivered to my address again! Not the first time & I guess it won't be the last.
