I'd start by saying the staff here work really hard and do try. But Premier inn are choosing to staff the hotel to the bare minimum which affects the service. The breakfast was poorly stocked (a delivery only arrived mid service) and the toilets were out of order. The hotel feels quite run down. I can only assume premier inn are continuing to cut costs to protect shareholder profit.

Great location for Bromsgrove and surrounding areas. Rooms are clean and smart and bed comfortable as you'd expect at Premier Inn. Good accessible rooms and restaurant. Although my accessible room had a bath??? Which was very difficult. Food is decent - we had dinner and breakfast and it was well priced. Very happy.

Rooms: Usual Premier Inn standard
Walkability: Easy to get into town.
Food and drinks: Worst breakfast I've ever had in a Premier Inn.All hot breakfast items raw or undercooked. Eggs cooked properly
but had to wait. Most other breakfast items very low or empty places. Had to ask for pancakes and croissants, would be 10 minutes for croissants as they had to be cooked. Only 2 yoghurts and prepared friut had to scrape the dish. This was at 8.15am on a Sunday. Could understand if i was there at the end of service. Man working very pleasant but girls seemed more interested in talking to each other than clearing tables. Walking past tables empty handed without thinking about clearing dirty dishes,

We used to use travelodge but switched to premier inn several years ago and we have nine times out of ten been happy with our stay but oh dear bromsgrove premier inn was crap, nice staff, but that's it..cold buffet breakfast , cold room had to keep resetting heating, my wife got food poisoning from the chicken burger in the evening meal, never bothered with our second breakfast as left early coz ill wife, and in need of a carpet shampoo or refit and the people above us had a baby elephant, may try travel Lodge again , the lady on reception said she couldn't do anything about the people above but could refund our breafast..Kathy and Peter Christmas who hardly ever complain but this time so disappointed whats happening premier inn your loosing customers ..

Staff are brilliant, professional kind and attentive. The rooms and hotel are very tired and shabby and in desperate need of a refit. Beds we uncomfortable

Modern needs to come out of the description. Room was so dated and smelt like stale lynx and sweaty clothing. Bathroom was dated. All we had was one small electric heater in the corner to heat the room. No plug sockets by the bed. It was really giving ?hotel that no one frequents because it?s in the middle of nowhere?. Desperately needs a refurb.

Great room, really friendly and helpful staff. Heater wasn?t working in our original room so immediately given a different room by the desk manager. Breakfast was amazing, cooked to order and table served, best breakfast ever in a Prem Inn (thank you Mike!). Would happily stay here again and recommend to others. Short walk into Bromsgrove town, quiet location and easy access. Thank you!

£14.49. Say no more. I literally could cook this at home for less than £1. Even the waiter looked embarrassed to serve this.
No burgers or Pizzas in stock, and this fish that was only thing that was available. I can forgive stock supply issues but to charge £14.49 for this is truly unacceptable and theft.
