Incredibly rude & unhelpful female staff member in the post office. When collecting a parcel I was greeted with "what makes you think the parcel is here?". She then failed to find my parcel on several occasions, eventually finding it 5 days after it was actually delivered. Numerous unnecessary trips outdoors during a pandemic. Useless.

We need to treasure these places they are so useful to the local community!! The staff are friendly and helpful and it's so easy to just pop up the road ?Please I beg you, use it or lose it! It's simple!!!!
