I've purchased a bed this week and the service from start to finish has been amazing. I am really indecisive and so tried every mattress multiple times! I was served by Jay who took time to go through all of the options and when choosing the bed base and headboard was great at advising on which style and colour would suit my needs. Once ordered I was kept informed when it would be delivered and was contacted when an earlier slot became available. Having delivery men in your home can be abit awkward bit Dan and Mike were lovely. 5 stars for Mike who explained what they were doing and took real care within my home. All of the packaging and my old bed was taken away aswell. Will definitely be spreading the word on how great this place is, thank you ?

Had flat carpeted and service was fantastic. Really good customer service and went out of their way to help me in any way they could. Fast reliable and good price. Would recommend and will use again in the future.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Mark was great at helping us choose by explaining the differences between carpets and at no time did he try to steer us towards more expensive ones - it was me that kept asking if there were any others in that colour in a slightly higher price range! When I asked for someone to come and measure up to give a quote I had the quote within two days. The fitters, Terry and Rob, arrived on time and did a really good job. I would definitely recommend Phoenix and personally, wouldn't use anyone else.

Had my entire home carpets replaced, the staff were amazing and fitted me it very quickly, prior to that i had Karndean fitted through my hall and kitchen. Still looks like new!!

We cannot praise Phoenix Carpets highly enough. From the first in-store visit a good few months ago to the final fitting earlier this week they have been absolutely brilliant. Craig in particular was incredibly helpful and gave up a lot of his time to answer our many questions. We are extremely pleased with the final finish and the stair runner in particular.
