Despite Nationwide branches staying open trying to get an appointment with a human is impossible. If you work and can only get in on a Saturday, staff levels are so low they don't take appointments. They advise going online, sort of defeating having a branch in the first place. Not surprised. As a customer Nationwide for decades we're used to their crazy and archaic operational management. Friendly staff but rather impotent meeting simple and basic requests.

Had to deal with two recent family bereavements in a short space of time and Phil and Beckie could not have been more helpful when dealing with the administration of their accounts. On each visit I was able to leave with all questions answered and a clear understanding of what would happen next. They both made dealing with a difficult set of circumstances trouble free. Both are a credit to the company. Thank you.

Phil the manager was given my complaint to deal with and he was amazing. 5* customer service and turned my opinion around of the company. Was planning to leave for another company but he was able to assist me and go above and beyond what I was expecting. Honestly thank you Phil, you are an asset to the company.

Very helpful staff in branch and easy access to information about services on offer. However it?s a small branch and does not have staff on hand to handle all enquiries, telephone appointments for these services can easily be arranged.

Dreadfull the lady said she was 20 short when she went out the back .ye right in the pocket more like .then reported my partner for paying in 4k that he sold his cycles for to pay his debts as suspicious. Dreadfull branch do not traut in anyway they can not be trusted with customers accounts or data protection

If I could give more stars, I would.I had the unpleasant task of reporting a bereavement . The staff made it so much easier.In particular a lady, whose name was Sophia.So knowledgeable, so helpful, so efficient.So understanding and empathetic.Nationwide have a gem , I hope they realise.Thank you.
