Rang Morrisons Bromsgrove prior to popping over to enquire about a product. Stock availability was confirmed so I popped over to their store.
I went to the customer service desk and was helped by a fantastic member of staff called Jenny...she spent 20 mins with me sorting out the suitcase size I wanted by going through a few boxes and we finally found the one I wanted.
Her professionalism was exceptional, her manner & customer service skills were exemplary. I would like to thank Jenny for taking the time & having the patience with me this morning helping secure my purchase. She is a credit to the Bromsgrove store and an exceptional customer service operative. 10/10

What a miserable shopping experience! No manned tills open so forced to do self-checkout. Video surveillance of my face while I do their job for them. Twice the self-checkout throws a fit and I have to wait for help. Poor way to treat customers, I will avoid in future.

Firstly I?d like to suggest that the members of staff at this Morrisons store should go through some more customer service training as there is simply no manners to be seen in this Bromsgrove store. In my opinion the Droitwich store is much friendlier and much more attentive, Bromsgrove store seems to have staff that not only looks miserable but also has the attitude to match. Every single time I have come here and asked for ID it?s never please or thank you, I get ignored and when leaving I always say thank you and goodbye. One thing I will say is the Pharmacy staff are so, so pleasant and I cannot fault them compared to the actual Morrisons staff, every time I?ve gone to the pharmacy I am treated very nicely and like an actual customer, cannot thank the lady with glasses and short brown hair enough; when they didn?t have my medication she helped me figure out what to do next and couldn?t of apologised enough. It?s a shame the other staff can?t learn a thing or two from the Pharmacy team. :/

A bit of a strange layout here, and the thing I came in for, I originally couldn't find, and then came across it by chance in a small fridge by one of the checkouts. Just put it with the other cold drinks! The cafe was closed during my visit too. So it's not sending, but still better than the droitwich store.
