I thought I would give the lady in Lloyds the benefit of the doubt after the previous experience we had with her, when she cupped her hands over her ears and told us she couldn't deal with the noise. There was no noise, just my mum asking a few questions.We had her again on Tuesday (19.12.2023) and she was extremely unhelpful. She had an answer to everything (and not in a positive way). When I said no wonder the banks are closing, she said they are not closing, people are just working from home. Well I believe this would be a better suited role for her, as she has very little customer service and people skills. She was not at all friendly throughout our time with her. She also stated that the building society down the road from Lloyds are lying, not to believe anything they say and that they will be closing in the next two years.. very unprofessional. I did not get her name, but she has short hair and glasses and nor do we want to be served by her again.Luckily we saw an incredibly helpful member of staff after her, who was working her last day. Sad to see members of staff like this leaving, as she was brilliant at her job.Not a great experience from Lloyds and like I said in the beginning, this was not the first time.

The team at Lloyd's Bromsgrove have been super helpful today, led mostly by who I believe to be the Branch Manager Sam.Opening a bank account for the first time in the UK at the age of 30 as a dual British/Aus citizen was dealt with quickly , professionally and amicably.Thankyou

Went to this branch on a Monday afternoon. 2 staff doing the meet and greet. 1 member of staff on tills with 4 customers waiting! How does that work? I was making a deposit and when I stated I wanted to deal with a human being the 2 staff were shocked! It won't get any better though.

I love the staff in Lloyds Bromsgrove but the time to wait is totally unacceptable. Today I waited 27 minutes . The only teller was under stress and the customers , myself included were frustrated. I have learnt only one teller is now LLods policy. Unfair for the staff at the coalface and appalling service for the customer.

Great bank in a beautiful building. Hit and miss service. Generally very quick and attentive but has a few nightmares with jobs worth staff in past. Clean, tidy and probably better than its ever been.
