One star is too generous. This pharmacy is the worst, leaving critically ill patients in danger. My nan has been needing morphine for 2 years & the last 3 months it has been an issue leaving her without pain relief for up to 2 weeks. They don't answer phone, close at lunch time every day and they lie - advising that medicines have arrived when they haven't. When I have the energy, I will be reporting this pharmacy - they aren't fit for purpose.

If I could give 0 stars I would. You would think a well known company would be efficient enough to open its doors on time. Not 10 minutes late, especially when there are 6 individuals inside stood around doing nothing. The accountability to which any other profession would be held seems lost on this pharmacy.

Dreadful service. Last friday did not have our medication. Came in this afternoon, still not got our medication. I'd say they did but did not make up my prescription except on arrival to either make up or the latter we don't have as they would have had daily delivery and used up their supply for other customers who may not have waited since last week. Service is extremely poor too.

This place has zero customer care, I?ve been using this chemist for years because it?s attached to my Dr. I had an email from my GP to go and have my blood pressure tested At a chemist before I collect my prescription, so naturally as my prescription was waiting for me here, I thought what a better place, two birds one stone.Wrong!! Apparently you have to pre book on line and pay £7 for the privilege. But was told if I go to knights chemist , it?s free and no booking. The young girl that informed me of this is extremely pleasant, which is rare in this chemist. However when she tried to confirm this with the most miserable staff member on the planet, the blond that always!!! Looks miserable, she just shrugged her shoulders and grunted some inaudible comments. I then went over to knights?. What a difference? So so helpful and pleasant. Obviously I?ve now signed over to knights, should?ve done it years ago. Never had a single positive experience in Lloyds parkside. Either send her on a customer care course or p45.

Not even worth 1 but I wanted my say. Cancelled my antigen tests with no notice. Cannot contact site, phone rings out for hours. No alternative suggested. This seems to be a national problem with this chain avoid them at all costs

Absolutely awful service!If you really want to experience the absolute worst possible customer service, then this is the place for you!If you dare to trouble them with a need for life preserving medication, then come on in, you can be assured of a truly hostile welcome, followed by a barage of grunts which will require the following information:Name, which will of course need to be repeated several times with the assistant going back and forth to a row of draws behind the counter, this will then be followed by several servings of, " when did you order it". Several more journeys are then required to visit the draws of mystery. All this is done with an air of charm and compassion, a feeling that you are the most valued customer in the world! ( you get that I'm being sarcastic, right?).After this initial stage we then move on to the next session which includes the following, which may include all or some of these scenarios:The doctor hasn't sent down the prescription ( electronically sent whilst with doctor) which then requires a futile waist of your surgeries time in confirming what you alread knew, that, yes your prescription was sent by the doctor.The prescription is not ready yet ( been ordered several days or sometimes 2 weeks),We haven't got all the items, you will have to come back to collect, at which point you can then repeat all the steps already mentioned above!All this happens whilst clocking up a small fortune in parking charges, let alone your taxi meter. You have to remember of course, that all these problems are your fault!, certainly not Lloyds.Ohhh and my particular favouite, if you have a disability, you get treated to an even more generous serving of contempt!.This includes shouting out your name and asking why aren't you paying for your prescription!,In my particular case, a person who is stood with a long white cane, a must have trendy fashion accessory for any occasion, certainly not the white cane that is internationally recognised as a signal that a person may be blind!"Can you write down your name and address as I have not embarrassed you enough yet, and in order for me to do so, we need to go through all the steps yet again in order to make you feel truly degraded and humiliated.If you like to be treated with utter disdain, and still not get what you came in for, then please visit here...... I'm sure you won't be disappointed

Phoned 24 times for the phone to ring out, then when phoned back said busy? They didn?t answer any of the calls. Phoning as I was told by Lloyds that a prescription was in a different pharmacy who informed me that it was actually with Lloyds @ parkside!! Absolutely useless!!

The waiting time at this pharmacy is shambolic, for a simple prescription I had to wait over 20 minutes for collection, what makes it worse is that if you have to pay for parking if you spend more than 15 minutes within the car park, I also feel like due to my skin color I was I was ignored as when other came in who were white they were served immediately and with proficiency in contrast to me to had seemed to be ignored.

Speaking to the excellent and helpful pharmacist at Lloyd?s pharmacy, st John?s, Bromsgrove who found my prescription on the screen and promised, after checking stock that she would get it ready for collection next morning and even sooner if she could. I then received a text to say that the prescription was ready for collection. I called into the pharmacy to collect the prescription and was met by the most ignorant, rude and argumentative person behind the counter that it has been my misfortune to encounter in a very long time, who argued about everything I had explained to her and when I wanted to show her the text message that I had received from them, she walked off and dealt with someone else. Thankfully the pharmacist came to the rescue with my subscription a few minutes later.

I ordered an item online and went to collect it when the E mail notification came to do so. It wasn't there. The blonde lady (shorter hair) was quite rude in how she asked me about it- terrible customer service- assuming I'd got it wrong. All very irritating. I won't be using this pharmacy in future. Item still not ready to collect two weeks later.

I recently spoke on the phone with a member of staff at this pharmacy and they were very helpful and friendly. They were able to clarify important information that my GP surgery left out. I know that they can be very busy at times but all staff I have spoken to have been very polite.

In the 3 years of using this pharmacy, I have NEVER had a good experience, the counter staff need special training in customer relations. I feel like I am causing them a huge problem by asking for my prescription. The staff rarely greet the customer with a smile or hello, how can I help you! Which in this day and age is a key point in customer service. Please address this situation.

Awful pharmacy! if your going in expect at least a 45 minute wait even when you are the only one in there. I have lost count the amount of times they have lost my prescription - even when I?ve called up and they have confirmed it?s ready for collection! Always plenty of staff in there so I don?t know how they are so slow. Agree with other reviews they are all miserable, moody and so unhelpful! Customer service training is needed.
