Whilst traveling to Yorkshire from Cornwall, halfway up had a warning of low tyre pressure on the M5, luckily just in time to pop in for a quick check and sadly the tyre was ruined. But luckily kiwikFit fitted us and in no time on our way.

Thanks Chris and Will for your professional and helpful service. As a woman I find taking my vehicle in to a garage, can be a bit frightening sometimes ..but Kwik fit in Bromsgrove are amazing.. I found the service professional and helpful.
I had to go back the next day, and had my little dog with me, Chris was so kind and got her a drink of water, and allowed her to sit with me while I waited.. Will, also was so helpful , even checked my spare tyre, although he didn't have to, and when I returned again..as a light had appeared on my dashboard...he quickly got it sorted.. I fully recommend this garage, and will be returning.

Excellent service from the team, air con needed checking and refilling. Everything was explained clearly, what they found when it was first tested and then how much refrigerant was refilled etc.

Two Tyres Fitted + Wheel Alignment
I had two tyres fitted and wheel alignment done at the branch after booking in-store. The service was professional and efficient. Chris, the staff member who assisted me, was friendly, explained everything clearly, and kept me updated throughout the process.
The tyre fitting was quick and well done, and I appreciated receiving a printout of the alignment results,it was convenient to have everything done in one go.
Overall, I had a positive experience ? clean workshop, helpful staff, and good communication

Fabulous service.
Spoke to Chris just before closing time and gave him details of my vehicle and its lease scheme. Appointment made for early the next morning. Greeted with friendly manner and my tyre was repaired swiftly, all the admin was completed whilst the repair was completed.
Quick, friendly and efficient service. Highly recommended.

I was very pleased with the whole experience. Chris was really nice and helpful and took time to explain everything to me. I was constantly updated by phone to keep me up to date with the progress. Saw Josh this afternoon and asked him to check my back left tyre as it had a screw in and wanted to know if it could be repaired or needed replacing. I couldn?t stay for it to be done as I had my small children with me, so I popped back later on. Josh met me inside and my car was done within 15minutes, brilliant, quick service and a friendly face!
