Excellent manager Maria and team. Parking can be little problematic but big carpark alongside. Maria and team go out of there way to be of assistance. Counter assistance is pleasant and new texting service for prescriptions is wonderful. Moved my mother's medipack service here which Maria again sorted, because the pharmacy she was using in the Bromsgrove area was a waste of time.

I?ve been picking up prescriptions for my family from this pharmacy for a long time now and have never had any issues, the staff are always so friendly and polite, very knowledgeable and always able to help with any questions, especially Caroline who is usually the person who serves me, the pharmacy is clean and well stocked with non-prescription over the counter meds for any needs.

I went in to the pharmacy at about half 12 today and the staff were amazing they helped me instantly the service was amazing I was shocked at how fast and efficient they all were especially kurt he made sure I knew exactly what I was gettingand I couldn't have been happier with how they treated me, smiles on there faces and polite throughout I would recommend using these as your main pharmacy
