2nd time I?ve taken my ring in, 1st for resize & 2nd to have claws tightened on loose diamonds. Amazing job, ring looks brand new & fits perfectly. Would highly recommend.

I popped in with a sentimental watch where the clasp kept opening and I thought I would lose it. I didn't know if it could be repaired but the jeweller hammered the clasp and it's wonderful. Back to how it was when purchased. . Didn't even charge me as it was very quick to repair. Thank you and this will be my Bromsgrove Jewellers to go to in future. X

I was clumsy and chipped and broke my opal in half, thankfully the team, especially Mark at K Bassam jewellers were able to speedily help. I had a new stone shaped from the museum in Brisbane where my husband brought my opal, and the team were then able to re set and roduim plate my ring to make it as good as new. So happy with the service and will definitely be in touch once I have decided on what to do with my 2 broken opal pieces.

Took my white gold wishbone style wedding ring in today to be taken down a size and also had it rhodium plated along with my engagement ring, all this done in less than two hours whilst we went for a drink and a bite to eat on the high street.Absolutely thrilled with them, they look better than new and now my wedding ring fits snuggly and more comfortable.Fantastic customer service and will definitely visit again

My Mum and I took my Nan?s rings to be resized that we had inherited after she sadly passed away. The service was excellent. We were made to feel comfortable and all our questions were answered. We have now collected our rings which have been beautifully resized and restored. I would highly recommend this jewellers!

Absolutely fantastic jewellers. They could not have been more helpful when I went to request their help with a broken engagement ring. They could see how upset I was so they strove to fix it that very day! Within a couple of hours my ring was back on my finger, completely fixed and beautifully polished! Would very highly recommend. I had two pendants as gifts from my husband....wanted to wear them together...took the items into the shop.Explained how i wanted them to look...had a phone call from Tracy,they were ready. Went in and put them on.....went to do some shopping,by the time i got home they were all tangled up....went back to shop...and saw Tracy...said they would be ready...again went in.....Tracy said would i give them 15 mins...went to do some shopping,Tracy phoned to say she was sorry as they could not untangle the chains.Yet again went back to the shop Tracy told me that everyone had tried to untangle the chains. We came up with another idea....Didn't work either.I suggested another idea...that didn't work.For all the messing about i offered to pay on most occasions. Tracy said no....i said ill be bringing my chair down here soon!!!!!!!.I thought is somebody trying to tell me that i can't wear these pendants on my neck?.I really wanted to wear these together....so i had another idea(full of ideas i am) I had a silver bracelet which was a present....and yes you've guessed it i had the two pendants put on.I have to say that throughout all of this Tracy's customer service was second to none....she done her utmost to make me feel that i wasn't being a pest.Went and picked up my bracelet yesterday (10th June ) Tracy and i said that they look better on the bracelet.I shall be telling everyone i know....if your looking for customer service this is the place to go.A big thank you to Tracy.I for one will be back.

I would highly recommend K Bassam Jewellery, I went in to request a size change and a special addition to my mother?s engagement ring for my now wife. They suggested raising the front diamond which I loved the idea of. They performed a beautiful modification and I would highly recommend their work.

My wife had 4 rings resized plus a repair to one of the rings. She is absolutely delighted with the service, the staff member who served her was very friendly and helpful, offering really good advice.The price was reasonable, the repairs done in the time frame given and the rings came back looking like new.Highly recommended.

Utterly amazing service from the ladies at this jewelers (I forgot your names, I'm sorry!!!). I was attempting to get a piece of jewelry repaired and other places had quoted at least 3 weeks for the repair, and much more expensive to boot!I left the item with them and they had it fixed the next day.Super friendly, super reliable, super speedy, and super duper competitively priced!!Will definitely be returning in the future :)

I had a very cherished silver bracelet that I had from a trip to Lourdes, it was a decade of the Rosary, which snapped. I was absolutely gutted. The lady managed to repair it but unfortunately it snapped again in days in a different place! I went back and the lady put extra clips on the bracelet to improve its stability, she did not charge me, she says she remembered how special it was to me, so kind of her ?? absolutely phenomenal customer service! Highly recommend, they have done other repairs in the past too, which I am very happy with.

I have been using K Bassam Jewellers based in Bromsgrove for several years now. I?ve had white gold rodium plated and had high end watches repaired there also. Nothing is too much trouble. Whether it is just a quick battery change or something more complex. Pieces were repaired swiftly and at a reasonable price.They have some beautiful items for sale. The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
