Do not get your kitchen designed here. They refuse parts back and get the plans wrong! I gave them certain measurements and they made their own up to match their kitchen design. All I wanted was to send parts back and wasn't able.Other retail stores like B&Q allow you to just take anything you don't use back. Not worth the hassle with homebase.I originally tried to sort this out with the store and the manager was extremely rude and hung up, I wanted to try and rectify the issues with different parts but they didn't want to listen.

When here to sort out a new kitchen. Jake from the kitchen designs is really good. He helped us out with the design and understood what we were looking for. I would recommend it if you are looking for a new kitchen at affordable price. Excellent customer service. Thank you

Home base is nearby and a much needed company.Recently I needed help with advice on a product I was buying but found a member of staff not interested at all. Other times staff have been helpful... And very polite. Very mixed reception in Bromsgrove.
