Michelle is lovely & very helpful & put me at ease, whilst discussing & re-shaping my wigs, wish I had had this kind of support after my brain surgery instead of just using the shop recommended by the QE with no other option recommended. Will be going back in the summer to see if my hair has improved, & if not, see what else I could try?

Amazing Service, I hadn?t booked an appointment and ran in on route to a wedding in which I was bridesmaid. I needed new Hair Extensions as last Minute mine didn?t colour match any longer and all staff were extremely helpful. Sat me down, colour matched strait away and I was on my way. Thanks so much! Thought I would give the local hairdressers in Barnt Green a go, despite the ridiculous prices, as a treat for my birthday. I ended up spending over £120 to not only be disappointed with the finished result but also to have been a ?pain? to one of the hairdressers who told me she hated speaking to customers and people in general. I am appalled by the lack of professionalism of this place especially for the price you pay. I hope manners come into style soon.Services: Hairstyling

This review is off my wife as she hasn?t got a google account:-)Michelle was amazing at helping me decide what I wanted as I came in really indecisive, she ran through various options with me and with her vast experience and endless knowledge got me to a place where I was totally happy with my decision. She totally put me at ease so I wasn?t stressing the whole time how it was going to turn out, so I actually chilled out and we were chatting away which made the whole experience a real treat! Went to get my haircut at griffins last monday with the stylist Amy ( possibly abby? sorry). Very professional and spotlessly clean during these difficult times withcovid 19.Amy gave ma a pixie cut which I really wanted.im extremely happy with my cut and although I'm not local I woud definitely make another appointment with amy if I'm ever in barnt green. 5 *****.
