This is a review of GREGGS 104 High St, Bromsgrove B61 8EX
It's the staff and food that make me want to come back to Greggs. This Greggs was ok years ago; staff were friendly and food tasty and warm and I would visit many times when in the area.
Went in recently and one staff member refused to accept my app purchase. He was extremely rude to me and told me that he could not help me. I asked to speak to the manager and he told me that he was management!
I had not seen this guy before - he was the black staff member.
I was made to leave the shop without purchase. I then had to walk 10-15 minutes to the other Greggs which was very happy to accept my purchase.
I refuse to be treated like this by the manager of Greggs in the high street of Bromsgrove and demand an apology. My advice: do not use Greggs on the high street of Bromsgrove. If you have an issue with your food or purchase, the manager will try to assert his authority and be very rude with you and ignore and belittle you to tears.

However the shelves were very bare.\\n\\nI've been here a few times and find they work around the factory times nearby. If you go in at 3pm, there will be very minimum. However, go in at 1 and its full.

Who doesn't love Greggs! You can eat in or takeaway. A good selection of everyone's favourite. Appeared to be clean and tidy. Always busy/queues around lunchtime. Wide doorway for pushchairs and disability aids.
