Ordered two parts online both wrong
Called to see if I could return as bonnet in primer, person I spoke to said should be ok , manager said no , wasted journey and garage bill , manager not interested credited headlamp in 7-10 days maybe and not even checked parts ,girl on counter was pleasant though

Young guy behind the counter needs to improve his customer service. He hardly gave me the time of day. Very underwhelming compared to somewhere like Screwfix.

Visited today using my mini girls uk account and got a great discount on sonax extreme brilliant shine detailer. This is the product I was advised to buy from I believe Teresa (sorry if I got name wrong) but lovely lady very helpful and polite and happy I got a great discount. Superb service from the lady on the front desk on Tuesday afternoon - 1st April. Really helpful in sorting the correct part when I had to return an incorrect sized battery I'd chosen online.

Store/ shop is an empty counter. Good for click an collect only. Better off sitting in car park outside an browsing website for all things you need as not one item in the shop.

Went in today to collect an item was waiting 30 minutes and nobody came out to help. Could hear everyone talking in the back opened the door a few times to ring the bell. Postman came and left and nobody came out to serve. There was no sign on the door that it was closed or they were out for a break but definitely heard at least 3 voices. Had to leave it as I have a meeting. Wasted my time when the point of click and collect was to be faster. Will have to make a second trip.

Ordered a Sealey multimeter which was delivered but did not work. I returned it to Bromsgrove Euro Car Parts, as they showed 2 in stock, so I could exchange for a working one They said they had none in stock, but they could order it in. As I had originally ordered 'with delivery' and as the item wasn't working I asked for the replacement item be delivered - Answer "No" - So I have to make 2 return journeys to resolve an issue of a faulty product which was originally ordered with delivery! Rubbish service - I'll have a refund.
