3 times before we got the mirror for the car after giving them all the details they wanted. I wont say it was the right one because it looked as if it had been made in china. A cheap knock off that they wanted over £30 for.I will think twice before going back there.

Ordered a cheaper part that was in stock acording to there web site and was charged for a dearer part they said the cheaper part was not in stock but when checked site it was i think because it was bank holiday thay needed sell dearer part

Parts are always good and the prices good very welcoming staff on the desc office staff will sit there in a couple or more and shout someone will be out soon well they play on the computer laughing at things on the screen in full view of customers waiting to be served so leave plenty of time waiting for staff to serv u have used euro parts for many years and will continue to order on line if you can as waiting to be served and finding part can be a long drawn out process

Poor service from the front desk, no hello or how can I help! Misrable and unfriendly enough for me to leave a review! Which says a lot!! Wouldn't recommend collecting items from here unless you'd like to wait around for ages and then eventually be greeted by misrable staff! At least they had what I wanted in stock, no shame on the company themselves.

Ordered a part online, i got notified it was ready for collection, when i went to get it I was told they didn't have it. I demanded my money back and 5 minutes later they had found my part. There are better places than this.

Poor service. Young kid couldn't even smile. Gave me the wrong item, left me waiting for 15 mins and didn't even apologise. Will go to GSF next time.

Was taken there by the RAC because they were the only place that had the right size battery for my car.
