Ordered two parts online both wrong Called to see if I could return as bonnet in primer, person I spoke to said should be ok , manager said no , wasted journey and garage bill , manager not interested credited headlamp in 7-10 days maybe and not even checked parts ,girl on counter was pleasant though

Young guy behind the counter needs to improve his customer service. He hardly gave me the time of day. Very underwhelming compared to somewhere like Screwfix.
