I went into store today to try and resolve a problem connected to our broadband which we had recently changed from BT.
After receiving numerous letters and texts , I decided to go and see a REAL person face to face.
Christine was absolutely brilliant, nothing was too much trouble and she resolved the problem for me very efficiently. Lovely girl and thoroughly deserves 5 stars ?

I have suffered a litany of grievances with EE since taking out broadband and mobile contracts in October 2024. Numerous calls to 150 and hours on the phone still left me with unresolved issues. Finally in desperation I contacted the EE store in Bromsgrove and pleaded for help.
David, the store manager, took full ownership of my problems and with solid determination to not give up until he had resolved everything he achieved what previously had seemed impossible.
David has a calm, customer-centred attitude and really went the extra mile to ensure that when I left the store he had done everything humanly possible to resolve all my outstanding issues. I cannot thank him enough. Above everything I appreciated his honesty.

After losing my iPhone I came in for some help in setting up an old phone. Dan was really helpful and helped me with this. I called back a couple of days later as I had messed up trying to pair my Apple Watch with the old phone. I had completely managed to lose everything trying to figure it out myself. Phoned Dan who arranged for me to come in this afternoon. He updated my phone and paired it up with the watch. He was extremely personable and supportive and made me feel really comfortable. Thanks so much Dan and a shout out for Christine and the other friendly staff in the shop. I won?t feel so stupid if I need their help in the future!!

Massive thank you too the the lads Jacob and Dan for having the patience and working with me for the best part of 3 hours to change from O2 to EE. Offered drinks whenever mine was finished and managed to have good conversation. Couldn't recommend these two lads enough.

Had an accident with my phone so was worried about accessing everything and using old phone until new one arrived and just want to say that Jacob was amazing and his knowledge and customer service is excellent. Thank you Jacob you are an asset to the ee shop

Beware terrible network reception. Seemed ok when I first joined the network but for months now I've had calls regularly cutting out, endless buffering on the TV (I use mobile hotspot) and Zoom calls freezing. Totally unusable. After 3 hours on the phone to customer services and engineers they won't let me leave the network even though it clearly isn't fit for purpose.
