Lady manager very nice but the Indian guy who is manager is imbecile. Makes me sick the amount of money I have spent there and when they send me wrong pizza they don't even offer a reasonable solution. I've order once a week now I won't be.

Been here twice in the shop and on both occasions they got the order wrong and last order was lukewarm not very happy staff was quite rude like they cba being there for the price of the food they should have better customer service

Forgot part of the order, promised to bring it, but never showed up. Then, when I rang them, they were rude but promised a voucher by email. This never appeared, so I complained to head office but never received a reply. At the prices they charge, I would expect better. There are plenty of other places in Bromsgrove to choose from.

Ordered a pizza at 1107pm, didn't arrive until 1152pm and when it did it was cold. The garlic bread was cold too. Won't recommend or return here! ??

Partially wrong order and undercooked. When you pay £42.79 you would expect a good meal. I won't be going back. I would be happier to travel to the nearest Pizza Hut.

Only ordered due to offer on. Just recieved and Pizza is greasy, and the loaded fries cold and not cooked in the middle. (Children also eating these) The only thing that was ok, was the tub of ice cream and that's because it was not handmade by store. Still cost £20, will stick with Pappa John's in the future.
