Attempted to collect a parcel at 8.41 as the email confirmation from evri states that you can collect until 9pm. The man behind the till refused to give me my parcel as he said they stop providing parcels at 8.30 because ?some people bring 20 parcels at 8.55? Granted, but I have 1 parcel to collect at 8.41. It would have taken 2 seconds! So now I have to come back to collect at a time that is convenient for the shop staff! Won?t be delivering to here again!

Surly disinterested staff member. Went to return amazon parcel and he couldn't been less helpful. Practically scowling.

I went to this shop today to collect a parcel. The man behind the counter spoke down to me. He was extremely nasty and rude in front of other customers and members of staff. He refused to give me the parcel even though it is at the shop. My son wanted to buy a sweet which he ignored and told me to go away so he could serve other customers. I have been in 3 times to collect the parcel and it couldn?t be found on the previous 2 occasions. It?s been found today be he?s refused to give it to me.
If you are collecting parcels from evry I suggest you use somewhere else

Having had an evri email come through i looked online to see what time they close & said 9pm and the same with evri shop locator.I raced down there and went in at 20.39 where i asked to collect my parcel,man said couldnt do it after 20.30 which he was quite rude about then proceeded to point to signs which if ur not a regular customer there like me u wouldnt know the signs are up,most people use online to find times out so maybe needs updating so people actually know instead of wasting time and petrol..... and to be honest having been there couple of times previously ( before the signs went up) i have found some of the staff quite rude but not all.

Unfortunately refused to hand over an Evri parcel collection from behind the counter all of 50cm away due to being 'busy with paperwork', despite advertised times from Evri being the full store opening hours. Ridiculous! Won't be returning to collect!
