Its a Costa. Seating can be a bit cramped but staff are really helpful amd the brand is consistent.

Just a small Costa cafe. coffee is decent and drinks also. did not try any snacks there to say about them
Wheelchair accessibility: No chairs so the entrance is pretty accessible for people with disabilities. bathroom is also wheelchair friendly

Such as nice location! Friendly atmosphere, tasty food and coffee ? you can have a short break with your friends, you can also have a seat and enjoy your meal . There is a toilet inside as well. You can find there a lot of delicious food , pastries, cakes ! You can order take away or eat in . Highly recommended ? thank you ?

Hi went to order something and thr staff are clueless and no offence no customer service and I decided to tell them about my autism and was laughed at me because iam trying to put it in there through but have some human sympathy but it's shows the lack of understanding I felt disappointed never will go or recommend this will be on social media including tiktok

I never like to give bad reviews, but this place is shocking. It?s filthy, dirty and looks like it?s in real need of a shake up. All of the tables were dirty, the floors were covered in spilt food and drink, and the ceiling was covered in cobwebs.I was very disappointed with my drink - I was actually very ill after drinking it!I believe they may have either given me oat milk (unprompted, and I would never drink it as I?m celiac!) or the milk was off! Very unsettling either way - also, my drink didn?t taste that great anyway.I won?t fault the staff or baristas for their customer service, as they were really friendly and nice. I don?t want to point the finger of blame at anyone, but something does need to be done about this place :(

I pop with my family for cup of coffee we want to seat inside, it was 5 o?clock - Costa close at 6 , we didn?t been asked if we want take away , when I told barista we want to seat in she said that we can drink inside but she did in take away paper cups , unbelievable- clearly I want to drink nice cup of coffee in glass mug no take away paper cup and clearly I wasn?t happy but she didn?t give me a choice- looks like staff don?t want to have much job after close. Not recommend!

Not only did a medium hot chocolate (priced £3.75) cost us as additional £1 for 3 pathetic marshmallows and tasteless cream which couldn?t settle on the drink and it?s all stuck to the lip of the take away cup, but it also tastes very bland and not as all worth the almost £5 for it. What a waste of a good morning.

I went to this costa this morning, there where no lids for takeaway cups and no glass cups due to broken dishwasher, this is not my first complaint for this particular store. Ever since the previous manager and some of the team members left it has gone down hill awfully. The only saving grace is a heavily pregnant young lady that had been there for a good few years but yet is left to deal with this new awful management, I had to stick up for her as other members of the public where taking there anger out on her, when it is obviously down to the awful management, who I rarely see for some unknown reason. This is the last time myself and friends will attend this costa, I'd rather drive to the new morrisons costa. Shocking

Popped in on Sunday 12th November (Remembrance day) and at 11am not one member of staff recognised the 2 minutes silence and more disgusting was that not one customer respected the 2 minutes either. Bromsgrove is a town that always honours those that lost there lives so we could live the freedom that we do. The lack of respect is awful. Unlike Coffee 2 which is 2 doors down theyve always acknowledge the 2 minutes silence. That's the last time I'll use Costa Coffee Bromsgrove.USE COFFEE 2 FOLKS , MUCH BETTER FOOD AND DRINK AND EXCELLENT STAFF.

I stopped by this morning to grab a quick coffee on the way to work. Lovely barista who served me was obviously quite heavily pregnant seemed too be working alone and very busy. I do not know what sort of management would allow this but its a disgrace. Hats off to the barista, shame on the store.
