I laughed at the reviews about customer service then I went in for myself. The lady on the till was lovely, the one stacking the shelves was SO rude. I squeezed past her trolley to save her moving it - no issue - to then hear a mutter of, 'All you had to do was say excuse me!' The big bosses need to come in and do a little bit of work on customer service or just smiling will do!

It almost seems as though its all too much trouble to serve customers ! And God there's a couple of the till lady's that need to take some "Happy pills " ! Very poorly organised shop ! Especially at busy times

Having read some of previous reviews I am amazed. Are they talking about the right place. My experience is very friendly very helpful. I go out of my way to visit this shop. Never Had a problem.

Sorry I couldn't give ZERO stars but it is well deserved. We went in Sunday morning to buy our mom grocieres. The crew at the Coop were horrible (especially the till lady), rude, unhelpful ,disrespectful and I promise you won't see us again. If you are having a bad day pls don't take it out on paying customers. Disappointing and disgusting!!!! Happy to give more details...
