Useless.Phone system is a nightmare.Pay extra for Pre 9am delivery and when unable to deliver they reschedule for next day.What use is that to anyone who has paid extra for an urgent service.UPDATE: The postie did actually return by 10:30am to make the delivery.When using the tracking number the standard text says delivery will be next day. I guess it's down to the individual post person if they try again later in the day.

The post person who on occasions decides to deliver the mail at a time suitable to themselves, is misrable, also when they do decide to deliver in and around Catshill it's a lottery as to which day its going to be.

Terrible staff, constantly having to contact them as postman seems to think its ok to steal my post and when questioned on a certain item he offered me the same of his to keep which is suspicious as not everyone would have let alone know what this computer part is

The post is non existant get mail when they decide to deliver it, and yet certain roads get post everyday. It seems they put certain areas first absolutely abissmal especially when your waiting for important mail .
